  Delivery
  Non-Furniture Items
  We aim to dispatch all non-furniture items that are in stock within 3 days of receipt of payment. Delivery of items temporarily out of stock may take up to 28 days. A signature will be required on delivery.

If the items are in stock, we can arrange express next day delivery for orders received by 12 Noon. Orders placed on a Friday PM, weekend or bank holiday will be processed on the next working day. A signature will be required on delivery.

International orders will be delivered by courier or airmail. Delivery will take up to 14 days (though most items will be delivered in 7-10 days).

If there is any damage or if, for example, a parcel/furniture shows any signs of damage whatsoever please sign for it 'Received Damaged'. We will not be able to process any claims for damadge unless the delivery note is signed 'Received Damaged'.
 
  Furniture Delivery
  Most of our furniture is made to order. We will aim to deliver items that are in stock within 3 weeks. Items out of stock can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. All furniture is delivered by a specialist delivery company who will call you to arrange a convenient delivery time and to try to deliver the furniture to a room of your choice. A signature will be required on delivery. International orders will take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

We can arrange assembly of the furniture at an additional cost. Please contact us for prices.

  Returns
  No Quibble Guarantee
  Viva Baby is confident that our products are of the highest quality. However, we offer a no quibble 7 day refund policy should you not be entirely happy (this does not apply to furniture orders). Please see returns section for further details.
   
  Returns
  If you are unhappy with the goods (non furniture items) you have ordered, then please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item of your intentions to return the goods. Any items must be returned within 7 days of the date you received the goods in their original condition and packaging and in saleable condition using the returns forms enclosed with the item when it was sent to you. Please send goods using a guaranteed delivery service with sufficient value transit insurance (you must retain stamped proof of all this), as we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged goods.

With furniture goods, if, at the point of delivery, you decide you do not wish to keep the furniture then please inform the delivery people who will take the furniture away. You may incur a return charge. If you decide to return the furniture after the delivery people have left, then we can arrange collection. A charge will be made for collection. Note that made to order furniture items may not be returnable (if you are not sure, please consult with the VivaBaby team before you order).

For international returns, please contact us on info@vivababy.com or 0845 201 1450 and we will inform you of the best way to return the items.

Please note that we cannot refund customer used, customer damaged goods, partially assembled furniture, personalised items or made to order items. This includes the all items belonging to the Leo collection. We regret that the original and return postage and packing are direct costs and cannot be refunded.
   
  Cancellations
  If you have not received your items, then please call us as soon as possible on 0845 201 1450 or email us on order@vivababy.com. On receiving your call/email we will cancel your order and issue you with a full refund.
You may still cancel the order up to seven days after receiving your order. Please follow the return procedure listed above.
   
  Damaged and faulty Goods
  When you receive your order, please examine the goods very carefully for any damage with the delivery team. If the items are damaged or faulty then please contact us on the day of receipt to advise us giving details of the fault (or you may get the delivery team to contact us, in your precence). We will then advise you about how to return the item for a full refund or exchange. For furniture items, please report the damage to the delivery personnel/delivery driver and write on the delivery note 'Recieved Damaged' to qualify for a replacement (please see non furniture items). We are unable to refund or replace partially assembled furniture, and we do advise you to inspect all components of the flat packed furniture prior to assembly and report any missing parts to us.
